I ordered a grease container, what I received was a funny knit face mask. Walmart said they could not help. The sellers is not responding.

I ordered 2 grease cans and received a crochet face mask. Cannot get hold of anyone. DO NOT ORDER from them again.

Do not recommend I orders an ear piercing kit and revived a gray bag that appears to be made out of plastic

So irritated!! My daughter has been patiently waiting for her ear piercing kit. Got the message it arrived today and instead it was some weird hat! How do I get ahold of them

Paid for new tv remote, recieved one in very bad shape. This was December, still trying to find a phone number for Global AAA Technology LTD. Maxcontrol Inc. who had some part in the order for my remote, has ignored all my emails. So Lee Gavin and Sandy must be fictitious names, that Maxcontrol Inc. had send me a email to say,"No worries, we'll make your order right". That also was back in December. Haven't heard anything since. It's very sad that this company can operate this way, and Walmart is continuing to use them. Not only do both these companies deserve a star, they should be shut down. I intend to contact Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs.

I purchased a R/C car on Wal-Mart.com but it was fulfilled by Global AAA Technology LTD. I’ve tried to return the product at Walmart but they advised me that I have to return directly to the shipper. I’ve tried emailing a few different times and I can’t seem to get it to go through. I can’t find a phone number or any other contact. So I guess I’m stuck with the product. I won’t be buying from them anymore.

Wanted to return the item I bought inquired twice about the return policy, never heard back. Product vert low quality.

I give them no stars along with walmart. I order a 5piece bookbag for my daughter. Got a email saying it arrived. Checked the cameras for that day their was no other package delivered. Kids sitting on couch all day and would of open the door. Called fed ex. They said it was marked as delivered but, it was sent back. When I ask why they said I need to talk to post office. 2 days later walked into post office. Supervisor came out and was trying to make since of why this was marked delivered when in fact they are showing it going back. She's have me her name and number in case walmart needs to verify the situation. Called Walmart 3x. Needless to say have a daughter starting school all 3 they said that I will get results and now Conpascate for the stress running around I got. I gave then a few chances. I am suppose to get my refund. Still need to find my daughter what she wants.

Contacted Wal-Mart regarding return. They were prompt in telling me Global would be in contact with 24 hrs. That was April 12th. I'm still waiting. Time to return was 30 days. Not happy.

Unbelievable use of post office shipping of a damaged church hat in a two size too small plastic zip lock bag which was stuffed my mailbox. Extremely dissatisfied with return policy. WARNING item was sold by Global AAA Technology LTD, as a third party seller through Walmart Marketplace, yet Walmart refuses to accept the item, damaged or otherwise. Its not even worth returning, so I like all the others should have read these review first and kept money.

This company’s return policy sucks. Very difficult to deal with and can’t get in contact with them. Was thinking about returning the diaper bag but after reading the previous reviews I don’t want to take a chance on getting screwed. Would give zero stars if I could.

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THEY SENT ME A PAIR OF GLOVES INSTEAD OF THE BACKPACK I ORDERED. THE NUMBER LISTED HERE IS NOT THEIR NUMBER AND THEY WILL NOT RESPOND VIA EMAIL. I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS BUT DOESN'T ALLOW IT.

Extremely unhappy. Ordered the Large capacity mummy maternity nappy bag multifunctional diaper back pack travel backpack for baby care as a baby shower gift. The bag smaller than pictured. It is about the size of 2 sheets of paper. The zipper is poor quality. The plastic inside is not the best. Mine had blue spots on the inside all over the plastic. I got it via Walmart. Overall, the workmanship was shotty to say the least. The bag has a place to hook a strap however, I did not get a strap. Walmart needs to drop them as a vendor.

Bought a bigger fashion lady tote shoulder bag nylon waterproof messenger bags for women from Walmart and the strap broken from day out.

Shipped wrong item when trying to contact them it's not accurate number listed. I ordered a beanie with scarf and y'all sent my a damn phone case. I just want my money back. I don't ha e time for this third party shit.

TOO BAD I saw these reviews after i ordered a diaper bag. trying to return it as i didnt like it. the email listed for me to contact for the returns is UNDELIVERABLE. The customer service was helpless. UGH!

I have been TRYING to receive a refund from this company after having to pay for the return shipment. Tried to get me to give them my PayPal info which I did not and I requested my refund money sent to me. Have not heard back from them. Walmart should either assist with these returns or not allow this company to sell on their website. Buyer Beware, this seller is a scam!!! If there were zero stars I would use that. Still waiting to see if I get my money returned.
