Several attempts to contact this company about my gaming monitor. Does not respond to email and the customer service line disconnects even when I choose to wait. Never received my product or a refund. $245 just thrown away
Ordered TV in July. A replacement was to be sent as original shipment never received. As 2nd shipment never received a reimbursement was requested. This has not been made after several weeks.
