DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately, I was ripped off! I ordered from this company only because my regular source was sold out. I took a chance with GB Logistics LLC and purchase three bottles of Living Proof No frizz conditioner. Upon arrival, all three bottles were two third full. Basically I was missing 1 bottles worth. This is taking in consideration a half inch that should be missing at the top. I contacted the company, GB Logistics LLC. I asked for a refund for 1 bottle. I was refused. I was told that if I shipped back all the bottles UNUSED I would receive a refund. I explained to GB Logistics LLC that if I received the bottles used, how would I receive a refund. I was then told by GB Logistics LLC if the shipping weight of the returned items was a match to the delivery weight, I'd get a refund. I work for an online company and it's common knowledge UPS, FedEx, etc. their weights are never accurate on their shipment details. Either way I'm out 1 bottle of conditioner. If I ship all three bottles back, I take the chance in not getting a refund at all. Walmart really needs to remove companies like GB Logistics LLC from their site. Ripping off the customer is not cool!
