I have not received my purchase that was due to arrive in July. I have contacted them several times, but did not get a response. There is no way to get in touch with this company. Walmart won't due anything other than contact them on my behalf. I can't get a refund or cancel the order because the company issued a shipping label but when I view the tracking information all is says it's delayed. Very frustrating. I will probably stay away from Walmart Market. They don't seem to do anything if something goes wrong.

Item never sent, contacted customer support, they said a replacement would be sent within 48 hours. So far it has been a month and a half since placing the order and no closer to having my item. Finally just accepted a refund from Walmart today. Then I read all the reviews. Why are they even still scamming people thru Walmart?
Fraudulent online seller through Walmart. Product never came. Supposedly reshipped but with same tracking number? Should have known, no second shipment arrived. WalMart supposed to issue a refund. We’ll see.
DO NOT ORDER FROM FRYELIME. They will steal your money, never send the product and never respond to requests for refund via Walmart. Finally getting my money refunded from April "purchase" of $25 by reaching out to Walmart customer service through their pop-up window on the Walmart website.

ordered May 14,2021 now July 14,2021 says delayed but they took my money, these people are bigger crooks than wal-mart .stay away from both they are scammers
I ordered Standard Dealer Button thru Walmart online last week of June 2021, delivery scheduled for July 7, 2021. I have not not received the item yet. Today is June 22, 2021. Walmart tracking says shipping is delayed. I have requested some response from Fyrelime four times. Their response to my first request was that they have shipping issues with USPS. Next three inquiries about status of shipment went unanswered.
I ordered a minn Kota power station for my boat back in April order#3182141329008 and haven't received it yet! I left SEVERAL messages through Walmart and was told they would contact within 24 to 48 hrs which was a lie! I feel like I was robbed. Hell I was. Tried to call number don't work and you can't email them because it doesn't work either! Don't use them. If I could rate them under a 1 I would give them a NEGATIVE ZERO!
I am surprised Walmart would use a service with so many negative reviews. I am sorry i didn't check reviews for Fyrelime prior to ordering any product. No product. No response from their customer service. No bueno! No Stars should be an option, as it would be appropriate in my case.
Ordered football end zone markers from Walmart. They showed that that label and tracking number were created, and then never sent the item to for shipping. Item was for a birthday party and I ended up spending more money for another gift. Still wanted the item, though. Fyrelime never replied to my emails. Walamrt was of little as well. They need to be removed from Amazon and Walmart as sellers.
Sadly, this is the same experience as the other reviewers. Hope this helps to take at least a few sales away from them and save other customers the same frustration.

Order says shipped already. Then says the entire order is delayed and to check back later for status. No specifics or anything; just check back later.... I am pretty sure that this is not going to suffice for even a basic semblance of customer service. I am quite surprised that Walmart has allowed this to continue without making it right.
I sense a class action lawsuit in the making!
It's been about 45 days since my order showed shipped, but tracking still just shows USPS label created and waiting on the item. After a couple of times hitting "Contact seller" with no response, I chatted with the Wal Mart site and they gave me the company's email. They don't always respond but a couple of times, they've either said they would re-send the item or refund my card. Neither has happened when they said they would, and not at all so far. The amount is not the issue any more...it's the principle. They've taken my money and given nothing in return so far. I hate that I need to spend any time or brainpower on this but I don't want to let a company just take my money. I'd suggest steering clear of this seller and maybe try to figure out what their next company name is, since they probably realize they burned bridges under this name.
WAL MART: DO BETTER VETTING AND COME UP WITH A SYSTEM OF HOLDING THIRD-PARTY SELLERS ACCOUNTABLE! I hate that I have to waste time with a chat for any kind of customer service, and that Wal Mart assumes no other responsibility...they advertised it and made the transaction.
Am I sorry I didn't read these reviews! Amen to all of them. Fyrelime sent me a trumped up tracking number - even went so far as to initiate a shipping order with FedEx - and never delivered the product for them to ship. Walmart has gone through the motions of getting action but nothing has happened. I suspect that Walmart can drop them as a third party supplier only to have them pop back up with a new name and shipping address. Walmart needs to do a much better job in screening their third party suppliers - this group is obviously not worthy of working through Walmart or any other internet merchant for that matter.
Where is my order #3712129-310583? You claimed to ship it on the 15th of April. All the tracking says is delayed. You have no customer service. Walmart has no customer service. Fix this.

I placed my order back in November as a Christmas gift. it is now mid March! And never received my order. They do not answer my emails and Walmart hasn't helped, either.
