This seller is not actually shipping. They take the orders but shipment never leaves. I ordered from them through walmart.com but the order did not ship.

I as well wish I would’ve read reviews, got my pool stick today, BROKEN! If they can replace it with a unbroken one I can change my tune on my opinion of them until then, they SUCK!
Ordered an anchor mid July, no information until I called the customer service line in mid August, then told it would be shipped the next day. It is now September 4, I attempted to call fyrelime, one ring call disconnected (3 attempts), sent a text and visited their facebook page, no response. I need the anchor by 9-8. I would leave a zero star rating but it is not an option. I am amazed Wal-Mart is associated with them. I now know to use Prime instead of the imitation brand.
A word to the wise, do not deal with this company. We placed an order last month, a UPS call tag was created and it was never shipped. One phone number cannot be accessed and the other always has a busy signal. They do not contact you as they promise Walmart. I am surprised Walmart even uses them as a supplier. I had to cancel my order through Walmart.
I also wish I'd read the previous reviews prior to ordering.. This *has* to be a scam. I'd be amazed if you received anything from them at all.
I ordered an item in June, never received it . I contacted them after the estimated delivery date, and like everyone else, got a response that the Fedex driver didn't scan the package, and that they'd send me another one with new tracking info. Of course I never got anything, and after several more weeks, I messaged them again to get no response. I then asked for a refund and got nothing after over another week. Dug through junk mail just to be sure.
I ended up having to contact Walmart themselves to finally get a refund.

Ordered an item through Walmart on June 21st. It was supposed to be delivered by July 2nd. It's now July 9th. Called Walmart, they said they would contact the vendor. I called the post office in Painesville OH, they say they never receive the package (sound familiar?)! Called Walmart and got the vendor contact information. The phone number does not work. The "chat" function on their web site does not work. I'm going to cancel the order.
I wish I'd seen these reviews before I placed my order. I received notice that the package had shipped but the PO verified that they never received it. After the due date I contacted Walmart who said they'd get in touch with the seller (Fyrelime) to get it straightened out and that I'd hear from the seller within 24 hours. No response from the seller after 24 hours so I emailed them directly. No response. Got back in touch with Walmart who did the right thing and issued me a refund. So now I'll have to reorder from a reputable seller. Walmart should ban Fyrelime.

Yes they answer your emails and make promises but don't deliver.
Ordered April 4th promised delivery April 16th.
It's now April 26th and still no delivery. Walmart you have lost another customer. I won't even walk into one of your stores if this is how you treat a customer. Thanks for nothing!
Does this seller even have any merchandise to sell??? I paid more than 10% of the total cost of the item for expediting the shipping of a downrigger riser. 3 days before the date I was promised I would receive it I emailed Fyrelime asking why it had not made it to the post office yet and explained that it was very important that I get it by that date. I got nothing back. On the date I was supposed to have received my item I called the Post office in Ohio (from Washington) that the shipment was being sent from and they informed me that the shipment never made it to them. I then spent 2 and a half hours on the phone trying to cancel my order and get a refund. Walmart told me that I would get an email in 24 hours or to call bac k. No email. Called back and this time it was only 45 minutes on the phone.
