Horrible! I ordered an item for a Christmas in mid-December. Only after 3 emails sent during a period of 16 days, and then only after a personal phone call to the is vendor, did I eventually receive a response from Future Lighting on January 2, 2020, containing in part the following:

"Hello,

I am very sorry for the delay in communication. The item that you purchased has been on back order, and is currently out of stock."

That is not an acceptable timeline for a consumer response, particularly for a time-sensitive situation as this was. Needless to say, my relative was disappointed at Christmas. I would avoid this Walmart Marketplace vendor if I were you!
