Ordered the Channel Master antenna rotator on Sept. 27 and our credit card was charged at that time. Six days later, when we were supposed to receive the package, we get an email that the item was damaged and never mailed. Why were we never notified from the beginning? The website showed out of stock as soon as we placed the order. Communication with a customer means everything. If they would have let us know right away, this could have been 5 stars.
Called my bank and disputed the charge for the product I never received. Hopefully the bank will resolve this if WalMart and FH won't.

The other reviewer is absolutely correct stay far away from this company do not order anything from Walmart if this company is shipping the product. Walmart needs to drop this company as a partner, but Walmart doesn’t seem to be to concerned about the fact that F.H. Outlet is committing fraud and a felony every time something is ordered on Walmart’s website and the product never ships.
Fraud! Stay away. I didn't receive the item I ordered and no communication to be had via e mail or telephone. Stay far far away from these cheaters!!!!!!!
