They literally suck. How they got these reviews I'll never know. Can't be true.
Ordered a product from FCO through Wal-Mart - I received notification back on November 6th that the shipping was created, and picked up. Never received the product. I contacted Walmart, they reached out to FCO - No response. I sent an email too - no response. Walmart provided the refund for the product, for which I give them 5 stars for their service...FCO on the other hand, would get less than 1 star if I could.
