We ordered a Philip Roth product from Wal-Mart that was supposed to be shipped by "Fast Market Pro". We live in a gated townhouse and USPS always puts our packages either in our locked mailbox or a larger locked mailbox (and leaves that key in our locked mailbox). We were told it had been delivered, but we were home the entire day waiting for it, checked the area, and no package inside our outside the gated area. We don't believe they actually sent it, because our neighbors saw nothing, we saw nothing, and I checked with USPS who saw nothing. Walmart is leaving it up to this company apparently to do the right thing, which is charge us the $40.00 for a product we never received and claim the USPS said it was delivered.
