I purchase patio furniture from Overstock not knowing that it was from a Marketplace seller. It was the worst experience I ever had with Overstock and FARFARVIEW. The quality of the product was cheap and horrible. I was told that I will be responsible for the shipping cost if I want to return the items even though the quality is so poor and the descriptions on the website did not match the actual product. Customer Service at Overstock was not helpful, negate any responsibilities.

Purchased a 2 drawer file cabinet from Overstock. Open up the box one of the pieces was cracked. There were no pre-made holes for me to put the gliders on. I called right away. I told them the problem and I received five different telephone numbers. Just like everyone else did that number 888-588-5980 is no longer a working number. That is a weird email I am not finished with Overlook just yet. I am really going to spread the word about Overlook. They just need to own up to their mistakes I am not paying the rest of my bill until they sent me a new product or New pieces that I need. Man up OVERLOOK

I ordered a black and white desk. Received an all-white desk. Thought I was ordering from Overstock but when I called Overstock customer service found out it was a Marketplace seller. FarFarviewInc. I contacted the seller reporting the wrong shipment of the product and it needs to be returned and overnight the correct shipment. Waited 5 days no reply. I reached back out to Overstock and all they said they could do it escalate to the seller. They said they emailed me wanting pictures as proof the wrong product was shipped. Are you kidding me! Why would I be reporting this for them to pick up and reship if it was not the wrong product! But I searched all my mails for their supposed email and had nothing from them. Overstock has been no help at all! Looks like I am going to be screwed on this.

I purchased Large Modern Filing Cabinet 2-Drawers Lateral File Cabinet with Lock ITEM #30644978 from overstock. upon receiving the items and assembling them, the drawer slides (part 19) started to lose the ball bearings. I called to get a replacement and they didn't know what the items were. Overstock is provably the worse customer service when it comes to marketplace vendors. Overstock does not have the authority to refund merchandise. FARFARVIEW INC is in China so if you need something urgent, good luck. First and last time to purchase from Overstock. should have stayed with Amazon

Fairview sells their product on Overstock and when it arrived and we took a few pieces out of the box they were damaged and the quality was very poor! It was not useable and when i reached out to Overstock, they said i had to deal with Fairview and request a refund and return shipping label. After multiple inquiries they clearly do not speak or read English so communication is nearly impossible! They are very reluctant to accept responsibility for the poor quality product and or shipping damage. They first offered me "$12.00 discount" and said "You can sell it to my friends! In the end, they are demanding that I pay for shipping, photo document everything, and send it back to them and they still have not committed to refunding me yet! This is just disgusting!

If I could give negative stars I would do so. This “company” has a track record of taking customer’s money and not completing the customer’s order(s). I purchased a $300+ book shelf and have yet to receive the 2 boxes containing the order. They sent the first box on May 22 and then I didn’t hear any thing back from them until I reached out to them about the second box. It was then that the lies started. The seller sent me a FED EX tracker saying my package would be here on June 3 but my package never came on that day. When I called Overstock they were of little recourse. I will be more mindful not to order from Farfarview ever again!!

Ordered from Overstock not knowning this was a marketplace vendor. Desk arrived with no instructions and Overstock is unable to "Help". Their 888 588 5980 phone number is "no longer in service" and I'm stuck on an $800 plus order. In fairness, only 1 piece was missing instructions but it goes with the desk and is an essential part. It's to complicated to assemble without instructions having over 30 pieces and a box full of hardware. NEVER AGAIN. I WILL ALWAYS ASK, " IS THIS A MAKETPLACE VENDOR" AND WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The desk was defective, the instructions were poorly written, the item materials were cheap and broken. I contacted Overstock to initiate a return for a full refund. I was informed to contact the seller, to make a long story shorter, I have been emailing daily with the seller. I explained the issues, sent photos, they responded with very poorly written emails that are as helpful as the instructions. They asked me to package the item and send photos and they will provide the return shipping label. I complied the within a hour with the photos, they responded the next day with more more instructions, suggesting I enlist others to assist me to reassemble the desk and take more photos after I complete that task. I replied that was backwards, the package is ready to ship, I'm just waiting for the return label. Still waiting, it is going on two weeks. I will follow-up with the results. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING SOLD BY FARFARVIEW ( YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED) RATING NEGATIVE STAR

The snorkel is a piece of junk. It leaks and they will not give me my money back. Do not order from this company. I had to give one star because you can't give it a zero.

Oh my gosh the review left by Sheena on 2/2018 could have been written by me!!!.. I wish I would have realized the item was not coming from Wal-mart but a 3rd party vendor. Same thing when looking at their website. It directs you back to Wal-mart, the phone message indicates the voicemail is full and disconnects the call. The e-mail like doesn't work, so I am not sure how you get the RA# to return the item!

I chatted with a rep from Wal-mart who assures me the marketplace vendors are to respond within 24 hours... here's hoping that is true!

I give 1 star only because I cannot send without selecting a star, otherwise I would give it a zero star rating.

I ordered the Snorkel Mask, Fnova 180°View Gopro Snorkeling and Diving Mask.

After I ordered it, I was given another snorkel as a gift, so I wanted to return it.

Their website says you need an RA to return it, but when I called the number I got message that the voice box was full.

They also provided a strange email address which I tried sending a msg. to with no reply.

There was NO packing slip when I received the item so I do not know where it came from or where to return it.

I also contacted Walmart but they have not replied yet. I will keep on them because of the difficulty of contacting FARFARVIEW INC.

The above review said Walmart is not able to get a hold of this vendor either.

I did not take the mask out of the package so cannot give any reviews on it.

However, the Customer Service is very shady!!

I only bought it because it was a Walmart MarketPlace and assumed I could return it to Walmart, but saw small print saying you can't return it to Walmart.

Do NOT buy anything from FARFARVIEW unless you know the item you are buying and know you want to keep it.

The company sent the wrong item. I was to get one large and one small and they sent 2 small. They don't have a working phone number. Have not responded to email inquiry. We need these items asap and ordered them from Walmart in plenty of time. Walmart cannot get ahold of the seller, so at best, Walmart will probably refund, but we need an exchange and need it fast. Very disappointing and Walmart should vet these 3rd party sellers if they are going to use them. I was not aware upon ordering online that this item was not from Walmart

The snorkle is defective and will not attach to the mask. Bought as Christmas gift did not try to use it until February... now I cannot return. Zero stars.
