I bought an evercross evo8s ,it arrived 5 days ago via fed ex.. I was riding ,the back tire locked up. The throttle does not work ,the back tailight just blinks. It's not operational after 5 days. I call customer service number it's no longer in service. I send an email ,with a video of the broken scooter no response. Was my mistake for thinking these were good priducts
