Very disappointed in the customer service. I never received the item that states it was delivered. Instead they sent me this, "Hi, since your item shows as delivered, I have fulfilled my obligation as a seller. Have you checked with your neighbors or postal carrier? The item was sent in a red or green bubble envelope so it's a bit more noticeable than other packages. I am truly sorry if the package was stolen. As a courtesy, I can offer another ornament at half price. Let me know if you want this offer." I already paid $21 for an ornament I didn't receive, I'm not going to purchase another one.
