If I could give Epacks ZERO stars, I would. I purchased a (3) pack of iPhone chargers for my Iphone 8 on Walmart.com. The description clearly stated it supports iPhone 8. When I received chargers, they didn't even work. They didn't work because they didn't even fit in the Iphone 8. I immediately contacted walmart.com and Epacks. Epacks asked me to send them pictures of item I received. I did that. That was (4) days ago. Walmart.com contacted Epacks again, only to be ignored. I contacted Epacks again telling them I sent you the pictures you asked for, what's going on. Crickets! Epacks refuses to respond to Walmart.com. Epacks refuses to respond to me or start a return/refund for their garbage merchandise. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
