This is the worse unprofessional company ever!! the products are of poor quality, and they are badly designed, they sent me a very nice chair on the Walmart page and when I get to my house it is something completely useless, I don't know, the chair legs don't fit in the gaps and don't can be put together, I've been waiting for an answer from Walmart and from this company and they don't want to show their face, the worst customer service I've received
I ordered 2 saucer sleds ($19.99 each) and received 2 umbrellas, one of which is broken. Now I want to return the umbrellas and try to get the sleds, but I can't find any information on how to return the items. I'll try taking them to the store, but I'm sure the store will tell me to contact enJOY. Round and round I'll go..... Never again would I order from this company. Walmart should pull them from the companies in which they do business.
As with a few others, I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased my item. I was tracking it and it said it was delivered...to an address that I don't even know. I have no idea where they got it from in the first place because it definitely wasn't from me or my account. I contacted the seller and got the runaround for 2 weeks. I had to contact Walmart to get a refund. The customer service was HORRIBLE!
I wished I had seen these reviews before I ordered from them! I sent back my damaged item and still haven’t gotten my refund! Called this company and got the run around! I can’t believe Wal Mart lets them continue to sell off of their website! Will be calling Wal Mart Marketplace to complain as well! This company is the WORST! Do not buy from them!!!!

Placed my order 26May I understand its the weekend and Memorial holiday etc. I got an email on 28 May saying Shipment Received, Packaging Acceptance Pending. Waited and waited it supposed to arrive 04 June. I check the status of my order it still same message no update. I emailed Enjoyshipper LLC asking whats wrong with my order, they didn't explain to me why is still in pending or what happened. they just flat out ask me if i want a replacement. I replied back asking them for explanation still no response. I decided to Call Walmart because it says on WM website if seller is not responding or refunding please contact WM, so i did she got me intouch in WITH THE SELLER VIA PHONE. come to find out my order was out of Stock. Whoever replied my email should of just tell me or let me know ahead so i can buy from somewhere else or something. Now my Beach Vaction is 7days from today i have to go out find a beach umbrella. I called WM back to see if they can tell me how can you tell who is the seller he said to look under "add cart" button but i didn't see anything there. But regarless I asked for a refund for my item hopfully it won't take them 2weeks or have some kind of delayed and not notifying me. I won't buy anything From this third party vender, and yes i did contact WM to let them know my experience. Suggested they need a better vender or train those third party venders better Customer Service and Better Communication with Customers. DON'T BUY FROM ENJOY SHIPPER LLC
I bought a beach tent for $46.99. When it arrived it was wrapped in shipping plastic only and had several rips in the material. I returned it and the shipper charged $9.40 restocking fee and $80 shipping. You can do the math. Too bad I can not leave a negative star rating.
worst ever. I ordered a sun cabana for a beach vacation and was sent a SLED. When I initiated the return, they only refunded me part of my money. No one returns calls or emails. Absolutely terrible. If I could rate negative one millions stars I would.
I ordered a$158 patio chair on 12-11. As it got close to christmas, I realized it wouldn't arrive in time. so I went online at walmart.com and cancelled it, or so I thought. It arrived at my door on Jan 12. I took it to the neighborhood Walmart and they would not accept it back. I went online to see the problem and the order said "refund in process." I then received an email stating $32 restocking fee, $80 return shipping with a total refund of $47!!!!! This is ridiculous!!! Like others, I can't get in touch with anyone at this company to discuss. so now I'm out over $100 for a chair I can't even use. Guess I'll try to sell it on craigslist.
This experience may end my online shopping with Walmart. I ordered some water speakers for my daughter for Christmas...they are pure JUNK and cannot be returned to wal-mart nor can I find a way to return them through the company. They took a long time to arrive and now I am out $20 + on something that belongs in the garbage!!!!

BUYER BEWARE! This company ruined Santa's surprise for Christmas morning for my kids. I ordered two items from them on December 10. Received confirmation of order and delivery window of Dec. 13-18. Received another email from them on Dec. 11th stating items had shipped and would arrive on Dec. 18th. No items arrived on the 18th. Busy time for us, so I didn't check in on the status until Dec. 21st. At which time I saw that the items had shipped on December 19th, one day after they were supposed to be delivered. And the new delivery date was Dec. 28th. So these two items, which were supposed to be Santa's big surprise for my kids on Christmas morning, didn't arrive as promised. Walmart was no help when I reached out to them about the problem. So I gave them the feedback they deserved. And this company is unreachable...I can't reach them via Walmart's website ("contact this seller") or via the email link on their own website. BUYER BEWARE!

WALMART SHOULD BE RESPONSABLE FOR WHAT THEY SELL ON THERE SITE!!!! NEVER had this disgusting customer service @ AMAZON... I will NEVER order ANYTHING from WALMART AGAIN... until they can back up what they put on there website again....2days before my sons rehearsal dinner I am out looking for flowers that I have bought and paid for that never showed up and past the shipping date.....I not only give this Co. negative 100 percent I also give Walmart the same review because they back this so called Co.... SHAME ON YOU WALMART YOU SHOULD BE PROTECTING YOUR CUSTOMERS FROM THESE SO CALLED COMPANIES SHAME SHAME ON YOU! If i could give them 0 stars i would. This has been the worst experience. I ordered a tent for my sons birthday. Shipping date said it would be here before his birthday it is now 8 days after his birthday with no tent. I have emailed the company several time and no response. I have also called and no one answers. I will NEVER use this company again, I will tel everyone i know not to use them and I have reported them to the better business bureau!

Apparently, a complete lack of response to inquiries is their preferred method. Sadly, Wal-Mart should not be using this shipper. Item received was damaged. Initiated return communication from Wal-Mart and no response at all. Tried to call them...no answering machine or response.
They advertised item wrong. The size on artifical hedge slats was advertised as 5x10 that I ordered they sent 3.3x10. Offered $20.00 dollar refund and I could keep Item. Paid over $40.00 for Item. I refused offer wanted full refund. I also asked for a return shipping label to send item back. They never had the desency to answer back!! I contacted them in plenty of time and several times with no reply back on wanting the full refund.
