If I could leave zero stars I would. The reception was not great and I’ve been trying to cancel for two months but they keep charging my phone. I’ve had to report them to my credit card company and block them. Avoid! There is no phone number so everything is through email.
This product and company is a total scam. The watch doesn't hold battery and the location services don't work the majority of the time. I have been trying to cancel my account for MONTHS but it does not let you, it only lets you send an email that is never answered. Complete ripoff.
