Electronics Basket

I purchased a logic tech steering wheel from them.. it didn’t work.. returned it back thru Walmart.com who I purchased through.. at first no issue Walmart issued my refund but then I got an email from electronic basket saying it was the wrong serial number and a picture of one in the box with my shipping label that was all scratched up and old looking… I thought it was an online type of scam at first and I said that’s not even they one I returned what is this… I thought maybe they were fishing for info and it was a photo shop thing I didn’t know.. I blew it off I got my money back on my credit card…. Well 30 days after that they went and took the refund back… I feel they are scamming through Walmart with selling junk products and bait and switch etc… the said to Walmart it was not the right one so Walmart took back the money…. So know I wrote to the better business bureau… many other complaints of broken stuff… knock off stuff… etc but bbb said they are not able to contact them and may not even be in business anymore and the suggested I go to the New Jersey consumer affairs and attorney generals office so I am doing this tomorrow and I am also going to push with Walmart because I explained this to them and even though I bought it from Walmart.com and returned it to them and they sent the item back they said they are not responsible or affiliated with them and it’s just a marketplace we by from at our own risk… like what?? Really??? So I am not going to let this rest… the 417 dollars whatever it’s the principle and that they scam people… my son got beat on his Xmas gift I am so discouraged… so do not absolutely DO NOT do business with electronic basket! They are fraudulent and scammers!
