Ordered new battery for my cell phone and it came damaged. Dented on both sides. Packaging was messed up. Could have been USPS that damaged it during shipping. Nevertheless I couldn’t afford to ship it back. Unhappy first time customer.
Awesome customer service! I ordered a battery for a cell phone from Electrogem, but had to return this item due to the cell phone not being able to be repaired. The response time was less than an hour from my contacting them, and I was told to simply return the item for a full refund.
