So I bought a switch back in December. Received some foreign version and it wouldn't power on or anything. Promptly returned item within 48 hours. Item shipped back and received refund about a week later. Thought all was good but suddenly 40+ days later I get recharged for sending back a defective item???? I believe this company is a scam. Now they have the product and my money. Obviously will dispute new charges with card but buyer beware!

Bought a switch lite from Walmart that came from electrocell. Received a Chinese or Japanese version of what appeared to be a broken and used switch! Wouldn't even come on and screen was scratched! Waiting on refund now. Walmart couldn't even verify the serial number because there wasn't one one the box or receipt. I better get my money back! Scam!

This company is part of a scam. I had multiple fraudulent charges through Walmart.com. After following up with law enforcement, I was told they are under investigation for selling your information. I had fraudulent charges for items sent all over the country.

I bought a iPad from them for my grandson for Christmas they didn’t say it was refurbished it well not download or upload anything it only charges part of the time I have sent three emails and no one person we’ll message me back I think it’s a shame for them hey sweetie to do people that way. So I give them a negative 100 if I could so be warned Don’t Buy From Them.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM. They tried to price gouge me- I ordered an item, then SIX DAYS later they cancelled the order to up the price by $60. Luckily Walmart helped me out and refunded the difference on a new identical item.

If I could.leave a zero I would! Not worth the money I paid and on top of that they sent kid headphones!!! Doesn't even cover half my ears . And generic Def not beats or the quality!!!

I purchased a Garmin Vivoactive 3s and when I returned it 30 days from picking it up at Walmart (I had found a watch I liked better). Electrocell refused to refund it claiming that it had passed the return window. I know very well, as does ElectroCell Canada, that it is within the return window and the watch has no defects so they are not a trustworthy company to purchase any items from. Clearly they want to get rid of stock rather than stand by their products and offer a reliable aftersales service for returns. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR PURCHASE AS YOU CAN'T TRUST THEIR RETURNS PROCESS.

Definitely a scam. First they place a fraudulent order, several times. Then they pretend to ship and send an email saying "delivered." Their tracking number is not recognized by FedEx. The order, shipment and refusal to resolve is all PART OF THE SCAM. They told me to call the police. Please bombard Walmart with complaints.

Received defective item that was poorly packaged likely not in an original manufacturers box but appeared new. After use for a short time it failed and was returned within a few days of receipt. Then they reached out to me insisting I was to return them a NEW item as this item was USED. I contacted the manufacturer and found out they are not an authorized retailer for that company. It would appear based on other reviews they may send defective or fraudulent merchandise regularly.

SCAM 3rd party from walmart. Stay far away. Some one place Fraudulent order, i got the notification on my phone via text alerts and wont cancle or return the order.

I ordered Switch controllers from Walmart and Electrocell was providing them. The order tracks as delivered but WAS NOT. I reached out to ElectroCell and was told twice that once it is shown as delivered they take no responsibility for my order. So I paid $100 to not receive any product. PLEASE BEWARE THAT IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE ANY PRODUCT AND THEY WILL SAY THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. I’m only giving them one star because I cannot choose ZERO STARS.

Ordered beats wireless earbuds that do not even turn on, tried to contact seller through Walmart.com where they were ordered and continually get “sorry there was a problem” when the message is attempted to be sent. Can’t even contact seller to try to get my $100 back. Crappy company and I can’t believe Walmart supports a company like this!

Ordered a mouse keyboard combo. When I received it the buttons stuck and it didn't work properly. They refused to accept the return and refund it; Theyt instructed me to go through the manufacturer. Will NEVER order from them again.

$20 restocking fee and they charge $35 to return an item that weighs less than 8 ounces. Joke.

Fraudulent order twice!!! Done spoke to Fraud department at my bank as well as Walmart.com and the authorities. Your company is scum!
