I believe that your service leaves a lot to be desired.I attempted to purchase the same item on two separate occasions through Amazon and both times the wrong item was sent terrible job

I did not receive my battery charger nor can i get a hold of anyone to get this resolved but u know who i can call.....

Awful! I ordered two laptop batteries -- one for each of my two laptops. They don't fit properly into the battery slot on each computer and one stops charging at 82% full. I have tried three times to reach out to ECPP through the request refund link on walmart.com. ECPP has not gotten back to me. I issued a chargeback request with my credit card company last night. ECPP? Never again!! Stay away!!

I ordered a battery in which the company advertised, but they instead send me a battery not advertised. I have attempted to reach the company and have since not had a response. The company has my money. I have a battery that I did not order. Poor service. lousy product. Contacting BBB is my next step.
