E-Quanta solution

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS HORRIFIC COMPANY!!!! I ordered a meter from Walmart. AsI was trying to decide which one I wanted, I put them in my "saved for later" cart. I ended up ordering one sold by Walmart for $9.99 and it had everything. Somehow about a week after receiving the meter sold by Walmart, I received a much lesser meter from E-Quanta solutions which cost $28.99 plus tax. It cost me $7.00 to return it to them. I explained I thought it was a computer glich and got ordered through my saved items. They responded they could not issue me a refund because they had not made a mistake. Walmart can't isue returns on third party sellers. So this cost me almost $40.00. I tracked my return to see if they received it and it even showed a picture that it was returned in perfect condition. They can resell it and won't refund my money. They are listed on the stock exchange and I am filing a complaint with the state attorney. THIS COMPANY IS A THIEF!!!!

I bought a wagon from E-Quanta Solutions at Walmart. They are a third party seller & I probably picked the only wagon that could not be returned at a Walmart with the order number. I, stupidly, sent it as a gift with the idea if the party didn’t want it they could easily return it. I’m so embarrassed, I guess with E-Quanta Solutions you have to request a label. I contacted the company & Amy informed me.

To me this is really bad Customer service & really reflects on Walmart’s customer service policies.
