I ordered bronze bells in assorted sizes, received one size,tiny ones.thats not what they had pictured.Iwould not ever order from them again.BUYER BEWARE!!!

Purchased item for neighbour, advertised universal fit but my electrician says this is not universal fit ,he cannot make this fit and I have had no communication back, originally through DICK SMITH and then onto reseller. Do not trust DICK SMITH SITE PLEASE I thought maybe I would be safe and including warrantees JOKE was on me.

Ordered what I thought was a 'kit of 6' quilting patchwork rulers from this store & received exactly 1 ruler. Here is how they explained the reason I only received 1 ruler.

You do receive the correct item,'cause we just include one ruler of the item. If you are not satisfied with it,we would like to provide you a 20% refund. Is that OK for you? I agree with all the other complaints submitted by other customers and will NOT purchase anything else from this store at all.

Order a tool adapter part, my husband later changed his mind and decided to purchase the tool that didn’t require the adapter. This place takes so long to ship, I still had time to request cancellation and did. I gave them my reason as no longer needed. They replied with we have already shipped it, please be kind enough to wait for it and keep it, we will give you a 20% discount if that’s alright? I again told them the item isn’t needed since he decided on the other tool. This company then tells me I will have to mail back the $7.00 part that is kinda heavy and that I will not be allowed by them or Walmart to return it to my local Store, even though I read the details of the return policy and it clearly says I can return to the store within 30 days. They are not helpful or honest and I will let you know the results after I try to return it to the store after going back and forth with this company on email. If you see yesbay or dreamy home works avoid purchasing from them.

Ordered a set of six corn on the cob trays from this store through Walmart.com. I received one tray. Walmart was wonderful at customer service, but were unable to contact this store. They gave me a full refund, which was great, but I am very dissatisfied with Dreamy Home Store!!

Stay far far away from this company,they charged my card for some foam heads for some army helmets,didnt supply a order"#, now they say they never got my order,dishonest thieves

I ordered a water aerobics dumbbell thinking there might be two. However, I failed to notice that it was only one. What can anyone do with one? It took forever to come. When I received it and recognized my mistake, I ordered another one. I received a message that it had been delivered, but it wasn't delivered to my house. Where I don't know??? I went to Walmart and they couldn't help me, but abruptly wrote down an 800 phone number and told me to call that number (even though it was ordered through Walmart. So, I called the number and a lady tried to help me, but no one answered the phone, so she said that I would hear back from someone in 24 to 48 hours. Didn't happen!! So, I called again and this lady said that the company said that it had been delivered to my house. Really, well where is it?? She asked me if I wanted a refund and I said yes please. Anyway, the bottom line is that this has been too much trouble for a $10.81 purchase. I will never order anything from Dreamy Home Store through Walmart again. Ridiculous customer service no matter what the price.

I will never order from you again since it takes so long for the order to be delivered. It is now in Columbus, OH and it says it will not be delivered for another week when Sylvania Ohio where it is to go is less than 2-3 hours away
