I bought a PS 5 limited edition (spider man 2) in October 2023, it wasn’t working so I returned it to Walmart where they opened the box checked everything to be complete, received the return and issued a receipt, I was refunded only to be recharged a week later. When I called the very rude female manager stated they didn’t receive what I purchased and am like this is ridiculous cos I took it to the store it was checked and scanned so what and where is the problem from? Any way they still did not refund me nor send me the PS5 back. In what world do you pay for what you don’t have? These company is a fraud, a scammer and should be banned from selling on any platform. If I had seen all these reviews before I purchased the PS5 for my son I would have never shopped them on Walmart. Now am out of $880 with extended warranty and no PS 5! If Walmart knows these and still allows them to use their platform to rip people off their hard earned money then Walmart should take responsibility. Please is there anyway to sue these people and get their our money back? I wish there was -0 star that what they deserve

This company is the most disgraceful company I have ever come in contact with. They sale faulty products, deny refunds and go into your account whenever they feel like it! They stole $1282.34 out of my account. I did a return on a PS5, gave it to a Wal-Mart associate that okayed everything and gave me my refund receipt. The store ships item back, they issue my refund. 1 week later, I have a charge on my card for $641.17. I call and speak with a manager and they said that sometimes their systems miscodes returns and reassured me that my money will be returned. I check my account 2 days later and they had not retirned my money BUT INSTEAD TOOK ANOTHER $641.17!!! WTF??? I called to speak with a manager again and she was so rude. She stated that the company said that the PS5 was damaged so they charged me twice for 2 PS5s that I do not have. How is this even possible? Why give me my money back, just to take it twice 1 week later? I asked where the PS5s were. She stated that the seller has them and they are keeping them and not refunding my money because thats Wal-Marts policy. I am livid!!! They warned "us" about shopping at Wal-Mart. Never again!!! Be careful and beware.

First order never arrived (Stolen) and second order canceled due to restrictions

I PURCHASED A XBOX S AND PAID MORE MONEY TO GET IT ON 8/27/2021. Never got my order. I filed claims with Discount Tech & FedEX.

FedEX has completed there investigation and determined my package was lost in transit, never delivered. Now Discount Tech is refusing to refund me. I filed a dispute with my bank so I will be paid but there customer service sucks! They only reply to email and when you call no answer and there mailbox is too full so I couldn't even leave a voicemail.

Don’t buy from them scammers!

Bought a computer advertised as 1080p. They sent one that maxes out at 720p. They falsely advertised this computer and are now refusing to refund us. They broke US law on federal and state levels. I will be filing official complaints against this company.

I work for Walmart in the Electronics department. There are two representatives from this "company" that come in and buy all of the chromebooks. Thankfully as of late our store Manager has limited the chromebooks to 2 per customer. They are usually quite demanding and have even tried to coerce our assistant manger into letting them buy more than 2. They also track our incoming inventory with a third party website.

The first time I helped them in April, about when the pandemic started I might add, I said I could only sell one per customer. They immediately without hesitation asked to speak to a manager who promptly let them buy all of them.

As if that wasn't bad enough around June they started using Walmart issued Massachusetts State Tax Exempt cards.

I have been with the company for 18 years and I have never had any problem this bad. Most of our staff is reluctant to sell to them but there isn't much we as associates can do about it. We all knew what they were doing, why else would you buy 7 or 8 chromebooks at once,

To anyone looking for anything online, please be very careful who you buy from. Call the store to see if we have what you are looking for. If we have it or will be getting it we will be more than happy to assist you in any way we can.

I’ve order a laptop for $800 from them I went to walamrt find it cheaper at $489 I think they buy products from Walmart and resale it again check in Walmart there cheaper

I wish I had seen these reviews. I purchased a nintendo switch lite and they claimed it was delivered but was not ever received. They ripped me off. Do not order off Walmart.com come either. Amazon would have refunded me. I guess the Waltons need more money from us poor folks.

This company only buy items from walmart and re-sell them overpricing it in a ridiculous way. Walmart: is better that you take care of your customers and allow them to buy directly from you in a fair price; you will end your stock anyway and have happy customers that will come back.
