Ordered from the Walmart website. Item said delivered and it never was. Now I see it has happened to so many others!! Sad.
Ordered something through them never received the item Walmart reached out to them via email asking them to reach out to me regarding the item never being delivered heard nothing from them Walmart had to issue the refund the worst company to deal with
Same here ordered from this company and have not received my order it was sent to the wrong address and I went through Walmart. Com and still nothing now I'm trying to get my order and my money back this is redickless said it was delivered but to the wrong address so sounds me like this company is messing with people and there orders I cant give a rate on here till they make it right and Walmart
This company is running a fraud scam. Sending your items to another location so they can "pocket" them. Walmart loses and has to refund or replace. They need to be reported by Walmart to the feds.
I'm thinking I experienced that same problem as others. I received a notice saying that my order was delivered but in actuality it wasn't. I've opened a case with USPS and contacted Walmart too. Walmart said they will honor my order and resend it. I hope they go with a different vendor instead of this one. I was really looking forward to that order too. Won't be doing business with this company anymore. Buyer Beware.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They sent me a shipment confirmation # from the USPS and said my item was delivered. It wasn't. I went to the post office and was told that was a duplicate shipping number that was hacked by them. They take your money and don't ship anything. When I told Walmart.com they tried to call them and no answer. It's so sad that there are people like this. I wish I could give them negative rating.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They claim "customer service is our top priority. We will answer any messages in a quick and efficient matter. Most e-mails will be answered within 24 hours. We are available 24/7! For any concerns please send an email to [email protected]" but when confronted via email that they sent the wrong item, no reply for 3 days! They sent 5 reams of paper when I ordered 5 Cartons (10 reams=1 Carton).
