This is so disappointing to see I’m not the only one that got screwed I ordered 2 jackets for my daughter birthday and they won’t get here on time now my baby won’t have another outfit on time since it had to be custom made. Worse thing is they don’t reply to let you know what’s going on to get a heads up I spent almost $200

I am pissed I ordered on October 19th. It's about to be a month in 2 days and still don't have it. I wish I would've found this review site prior to ordering.
This company is Garbage I ordered in September still don’t have my order and they don’t respond to calls or emails don’t waste money or time You have Been Warned
I will NEVERRRRRR order again . I ordered on October 16th . My order was suppose to be shipped out 2-3 weeks later as advertised. I got a notice that the order was ready and prepared to be shipped. 24 days later , the package never left the building. I emailed over and over requesting either a refund or a bigger size due to now almost 7 weeks passing and my child won’t wear that size anymore .. NO RESPONSE .. and now my order is being “shipped” . No return on custom items , so I’ll just be stuck with it . I haven’t received any apologies or anything !!! This is the worst customer service ever
I ordered on 9/2/21 I received my order 19 days later. They sent the wrong item and the sizing is entirely too small. It took over a month to receive my replacement item. They sent the wrong size after assuring me that they would send a bigger size. I've sent 3 messages and no one will respond! The worst customer service ever! I will be filing a complaint with Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, The Better Business Bureau and the Office of the Attorney General!
I’m order #2589 and will like my refund I’ve waited for my order since September 25 and I’ve still didn’t receive it yet I’ll like my full refund ASAP
