This company is not someone I would recommend doing business with. They accept your money for purchases made through Walmart.com but never ship your items. Thankfully Wal-Mart was able to facilitate a refund for me. I will never do business with Dibbs Farms again and hope no one else will be scammed by them!
Never received my mulberry tree:( demanded a refund and will wait to see how this goes.
Ordered an olive tree 3/15 for birthday gift. Shipping label created but NOT SHIPPED.
Not a peep from Dibbs as to why late or even when it might be shipped. Really crappy customer service...

Ordered a product nothing was shipped even though a shipping label was created, contacted the company after giving them an extra week and the person i spoke to promised 2 day shipping to get my items in. No items were shipped no confirmation or details provided company is a SCAM.
I can't rate the effectiveness of this product. I do give high marks for ease of ordering and speed of delivery. but I am giving this product a 1 star because although the gel comes in a syringe, the plunger part was missing. I had to construct something to take the place. And of course it didn't work correctly, The gel shot all over the place and almost all at once. It was a complete waste of both the product and the money I spent on it.
