I ordered 3 hoverboards on the 4th, was suppose to be delivered by end of day yesterday. The seller canceled my order. In the email I received it said "customer changed mind"
Do not order they created a label with FedEx but never took the package i am upset that they took my money already
This has to be joke! I ordered two hover boards and they Still haven’t came it Was supposed to be here on Monday but now the shipping says delayed check back later I just wanna refund this is ridiculous

I got my daughter a hoverboard he's back in February she used it for 2 weeks and it stopped working I've been trying to call the DGI hoverboard and get no answer I even send a emails and got no answer I want it replaced or I want my money back what are we going to do about this...
Ordered a Hoover board for my son, received it damaged, he didn't even get to use it. We called and got a return label for it. I sent it out a couple weeks ago and for some reason the tracking information hasn't updated, so I have no clue if they've received it. I've been trying to call for three days and I can't get through to anyone no one will answer the phone. I don't think I'll be buying from them again. They also fail s to mention that I could have just returned it to my local Walmart which would have been way easier. I didn't find that out until after I had already sent it back.
this is unbelievable, my daughter's bday is today .. i order the hover board jut to arrive on time yesterday to wrap the present and have it ready this morning. DGI shows shipped and it shows a tracking No but the board has not shipped yet according to the fedex tracking No. neither less to say i call Walmart CSR and they can provide you with information about the order, they claimed is a third party seller and they have to contact them. waited on line for over an hours, had to speak to a supervisor but Walmart as well as DGI customer service sucks. they give me a number to call directly but there is no answers at all ... if i would it have know ... rating service is overstated at one ... they should be zero ... not service at all
I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased from this seller. My daughters bday was July 10th so I ordered early and requested the two day shipping. The sender created a label but never shipped the item. Very disappointed and will be asking Walmart to remove this sender as they are not a reputable company
I bought this hoverboard in May. 2 weeks later it would not charge. Called. No response. Went to Walmart. Can not return it. Gave a number to call nothing but a busy signal. I’m pissed. Just when I was able to afford him one it malfunctioned. Total rip off
Where is my package????? You created a shipping label on June 17th but you still have not shipped it. I called FedEx and that’s what they said. So....can I have my stuff now?

I purchased this product thinking I was getting teal for my daughter ended up with blue. Called customer service twice got transferred to the seller and then it rang 4 times and went to a busy tone.
Don't purchase anything from them I brought two for Chirstmas and they both are tore up by February. I have a warranty and it is hell returning the items but I will not stop until I get a customer service number and my money back.

I bought this item from Walmart.com as a Christmas gift this product never has worked properly. I can not get Walmart to help me nor will theirs company reply.
Do not buy this product. I purchased one for my grand daughter for Christmas. She rode it only one time before it malfunction. My daughter has been trying to get in touch with the company since Christmas with no response. She called Walmart for assistance and they were to email a shipping label to return the item. Not only did they not send the label, they did not follow up with a phone call as promised. I am very disappointed with this product and the service we received.
Do not order from this company their products are horrible check reviews on google I am not the only one to say this I bought hoverboard with warranty it broke w/in 2months and the company told me to send it bk for replacement which I did and they never sent it bk
I got two of these hoverboards for Christmas, they were my kids favorite gift.... until 3 weeks later and they no longer hold a charge. Can’t return them, a total waste of money! I will never again purchase anything from Walmart ...thanks for securing Amazon another loyal customer
