I purchased this product thinking I was getting teal for my daughter ended up with blue. Called customer service twice got transferred to the seller and then it rang 4 times and went to a busy tone.
Don't purchase anything from them I brought two for Chirstmas and they both are tore up by February. I have a warranty and it is hell returning the items but I will not stop until I get a customer service number and my money back.

I bought this item from Walmart.com as a Christmas gift this product never has worked properly. I can not get Walmart to help me nor will theirs company reply.
Do not buy this product. I purchased one for my grand daughter for Christmas. She rode it only one time before it malfunction. My daughter has been trying to get in touch with the company since Christmas with no response. She called Walmart for assistance and they were to email a shipping label to return the item. Not only did they not send the label, they did not follow up with a phone call as promised. I am very disappointed with this product and the service we received.
Do not order from this company their products are horrible check reviews on google I am not the only one to say this I bought hoverboard with warranty it broke w/in 2months and the company told me to send it bk for replacement which I did and they never sent it bk
I got two of these hoverboards for Christmas, they were my kids favorite gift.... until 3 weeks later and they no longer hold a charge. Can’t return them, a total waste of money! I will never again purchase anything from Walmart ...thanks for securing Amazon another loyal customer
piece of crap.... does not hold a charge. lasted less than a week. I would not have bought it if i knew it was a 3rd party selling on walmarts site. Walmart should not be letting this company continue to rip people off. Please stop this company from selling on your site.

Wish I’d read reviews on them before purchasing this hoverboard for my grandson..... cord broke, wouldn’t charge, lights blinking off and on...Geesh! Took to Walmart for return but H.A.I has to refund me 10-14 days... feel a problem Comin on! Walmart should stop foo g business with these guys BAD REVIEWS
******Don't buy H.A.I product contact information not legit to get a refund. Equipment works for 1 week that's all. Thanks Walmart for setting us up for equipment that don't work.
I bought my grandson a hoverboard for his birthday. The product lasted approximately 3 months. Past all the warranties. The product was expensive to last only that short of time. How can walmart continue with this type of product and company knowing they have such bad review???. Will no longer be purchasing products from walmart.com. Very disappointing.
TERRIBLE COMPANY. HOVER BOARD WOULD BE FULLY CHARGED AND ONLY GO FOR 3 MINUTES. WALMART REFUNDED MY MONEY BUT THE COMPANY TOLD ME TO SEND THE HOVER BOARD BACK AT MY EXPENSE AND THEY WOULD FIX IT FOR ME AND SEND IT BACK. ONCE I TRACKED THE PACKAGE TO MAKE SURE IT MADE IT TO THEM THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE KEEPING IT AND NOT FIXING IT BECAUSE WALMART HAD REFUNDED MY MONEY.
I purchase a hoover board from this company from Walmart web site. Just finding out it's only 30 day warranty now my daughter hoover board last only 3 weeks and than broke. Just trying to replace it now ,but being I waited after the 30 days they will not replace it. I wish they had that posted on the site when I purchased it 30 warranty. That's money in the trash. I will not be ordering again from these sites online from Walmart.
I am upset with Wal Mart. Why have you kept this seller on your Marketplace knowing that they are the worst. Is it that important for Wal mart to make all the money at the risk of their customers. Apparently. H.A.I is a piece of shit company and I will be their worst nightmare for a while. I am trolling every peice of social media I can find on them. But you as well Walmart online. GET RID OF THIS COMPANY.
This is by far the worse company that I have dealt with, they will not return phone calls or email attempts. I have tried for several days to reach them but no answer about an item that needed to be return.
