I bought a hooverboard they had on Amazon for Christmas and 2 days after of using this product the battery charger broke and can"t find one and tried to call company also Amazon tried to call and phone number hangs up. Not cool dont buy anything from these people

I was scammed by this company. I bought a 50 cc green dirtbike off of walmart.com and this was the merchant that sold and shipped the dirtbike. It came to me defective. The dirtbike did not work. I returned it but communication was very sketchy. I want to reiterate that Walmart is making this right for me because I am their customer. However, this merchant does business with them and I’m under the impression they will be removed off of the Walmart website and will not be able to sell any of their products to consumers any longer. I hope Walmart actually investigate this further so that way they can take the necessary steps to ensure the safety for their customers moving forward. They (Double Global) even sent me a tracking slip and I returned the dirtbike at a FedEx drop off station in my hometown. I was on camera dropping off my heavy ass dirtbike in the huge box. I have the receipt/tracking #. When I dropped the dirtbike off to be returned to them, I even emailed them to let them know it has been delivered. There was even a timeframe that I had in order for it to be refunded in full back to me. I obeyed everything they asked me to do. So, here we are a few weeks later, It’s currently Thanksgiving night and I’m writing this review. Was dealing with this scenario last night while I was preparing Thanksgiving dinner for my family. I had decided to email Double Global on November 22, 2023, and they replied on November 23, 2023 and started making horrendous accusations of me sending them a box full of Halloween trinkets and saying that I scammed them. We had a few back-and-forth moments on an email and EACH email they sent me back was unethical. They were calling me out of my name and I have never been a part of something so egregious. They even told me that I was a liar and God sees me. Their punctuation was totally off and it was somebody who does not speak fluent English obviously. the email says : Bill Bi. Plus, there’s a huge amount of other characters within that email but, in one point in the email it does says Walmart reply. It’s just confusing all the way around. Anyways, I told them they were lying and that I would spend more money even with his bike is worth to prove my innocence. I contacted my credit card company and I contacted Walmart and I’m going to contact law-enforcement after the holidays. I’m going to leave as many scathing reviews to let everybody know that this company is a complete scam and everybody needs to run as far away as they can in the opposite direction. I will know very soon or not if I can press charges.

Order a 50cc mini bike. Barely would even move. They sent a return label for the bike, the bike was sent back and they said they received other products instead of the bike. Would not return the money. I wish they was a zero start option. This is the most worthless company out there. I hope everyone reads these comments before purchasing anything from these scam artists.

If I could give this company zero stars that’s what I would give them. I ordered two hoverboards from Walmart not realizing it was coming from this shit whole company. Both hoverboards would not charge correctly nor hold a charge. They sent me to return labels I only use one label put the other label inside the box that had both hoverboards inside. They are trying to tell me that I only returned one hover board and refusing to give me the money back for both. I now have to make a claim with FedEx ground because they are trying to say it’s FedEx fault. Do not use this company whatsoever bad customer service hung up on me argued with me first I called back and no one will pick up

I purchased a hover board for my grand-daughter from Christmas and the charger was defected..So that means she has not had a opportunity to even ride the hover board which has been very disappointing since that was at the top of her Christmas list ..I have emailed Walmart that in turn emailed the company D.G.I that was last year just very disappointed..I mean i will never order from this company ever..

Do not order anything from this company this is the worst company ever, I had bought my son a electric scooter on May 3, 2021 and he wasn’t able to ride his scooter because it came with a damaged charger and I been emailing the company since May 3 and they keep telling me the charger will be in next week and I still waiting it been two months now, I am a very disappointed customer.

Bad company, I order my son a electric scooter for his birthday a month ago it came with a damage charger the charger stay on green and won’t charge his scooter, I called the company and sent them lots of email regrading this problem and a month later still haven’t received a new charger my son can’t ride his scooter

Zero stars should be an option. DGI has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. I bought a mobility scooter from DGI through Walmart.com. The scooter was defective and I returned it which was a complicated process requiring jumping through multiple hoops. I made repeated attempts to deal with getting my refund both with talking to various Walmart associates and managers and trying to reach DGI directly. On Thur May 27 a Walmart manager verified that DGI had received the scooter and would be issuing the refund of $899 within 48 hrs. As of Mon May 31 I have not received the refund. I have stage 5 kidney disease and am very weak. The stress of this has exacerbated my illness. I spoke to Walmart today and now they are saying it will be another 48 hrs before I get the refund. Walmart has lost me as a customer. They need to to better about vetting their sellers and make returns easier and refunds prompt.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with when you need to make a return they beat around the bush and try to avoid giving you your money back. I only know this because I bought two hoverboards and neither one of them worked it took me over a month to get my money back after returning the hoverboards

Ordered Christmas wish "HOVERHEART Kids Electric Power Motorcycle 6V Ride On Bike" for my grandson and the item delivered very poorly packed and the bike was broken. First it took 2 days to get return label for shipping day. the item was shipped back on December 31, 2019. The package was received but until today (1 month ) I did not get any refund back. 1. the Christmas was ruined for little one seeing broken bike from "Santa" and now I am having hard time to get money back.Never again I will use Walmart for ordering online. Walmart offer online orders but not responsible for returns and refund from 3rd vendor such as D.G.I.

If 0 stars was an option that's definitely what my rating would be!! This Hoverboard is useless it doesn't keep a charge, when I turn it on it just beeps. I as very frustrated with the level of service that I have received. I don't even see why Walmart still has them as an option as a 3rd party seller. When contacting the 1-800 number they don't answer and the voicemail is too full and no message can be left. I will learn from now on to look at the reviews before purchasing.

I hope Walmart has seen all of these reviews... same story here. They took over a month to ship the hoverboard, it won't stay charged, now saying the replacement will be weeks from now... I bought mid November. This is ridiculous. They need to cut ties.

I wish I could give 0 stars, I ordered this for my daughters birthday on 12/23, it worked for 3 days and then stopped charging. I emailed the company they said return it and they will send a replacement. I returned and now they are saying they are out of stock. The rep is extremely rude through and will not provide a phone number to speak with someone. Scam artists!!! Do not buy from the scammer company!!

Well I know now to read reviews FIRST!!!!! I have 3 of these boards that I have been trying to return and have had absolutely no success. Obviously I am not the only one. I have called the phone # on the label several times and its a full message box". The two addresses I have one is in Ontario CA and the other is Santa Ana, Ca. Neither of these places is far from me and I may just be taking a "drive" here next

week. The bad part is I have been in the hospital 4 times now, (DO NOT GET COVID!!!) and the brain fog that goes with it... I can not remember how or with how I paid for them. I have checked all my cards I that I can think of my bank accounts but I cant find them listed anywhere. Will post if I find out anything... Its companies and crap like this that ruin it for the good and honest vendors... and Walmart are we really surprised? HA I also hot an AK7 for Christmas.....JUST KIDDING!!!!

I brought a several hoverboards from this company through Walmart, One of the hoverboards do not work, I have been trying to contact this company for two weeks now regarding this matter. no-one has responded yet and its a shame because I brought the warranty on all four hoverboard, which was a waste of money the warranty company say's there is nothing they can do because it has been less than a year. STAY AWAY FROM D.G.I you are wasting your hard earned money.
