Purchased a laptop on 8/23, 8/25 seller cancels order, i then recheck he relisted item after jacking up price 200+$ i asked for a reason why the cancelation "Pricing mistake, my apologies" Does the company realize people have phones with internet access that can check prices before and after, I have screenshots of entire interaction and transaction. Clear cut price gouging. I ended up purchasing a higher end laptop with better features for the same price and from BestBuy direct. . OG deal done on Newegg but if order is canceled no feedback can be left. I understand shortages and a highdemand but in the real world if you list something for one price and originally accept payment on it. Deal is done and should be left at that. You get the money i get the product. Not You get the money, see the demand is high 2 days later and cancel without notifying the buyer first. If admins on sites need screenshots for proof, i can provide. Best not people like this run shady businesses and take advantage of people's hard earned money

Received defective Lenovo laptop that was most likely refurbished and they only had a 14 day return window. Unwilling to help with an exchange.

Horribly overpriced and uses FedEx, which sucks, as a carrier. Overpriced.

Warning.... Don't buy anything from DemProductSale. If I could give this company a 0 star, I would. They jack their prices up $300 during the holidays and have less than a 30 day return window. I spent $999 on Oculus Quest 2 All-In-One VR Headset - Elite Strap and Fit Pack Included - 256GB Gaming. I received it on 12/2 and the return window closed on 12/22. They are a dishonest scheming company.

Paid top dollar for a security camera system that was actually a used system put back into the box to make it look new. It was scratched up and obviously setup for awhile and then taken down. Waited forever to get it and then immediately had to send it back. Terrible company! Would love to leave negative stars!

I purchased a Nexx garage door companion device from this vendor and the device was defective and they would not replace the item. I would not purchase anything from this vendor again. Very disappointed and they did not even care.
