This is ridiculous. A company that deals with Walmart and that does not answer the phone! Never heard of it. How can the world's biggest retailer accept to do business with nonprofessionals like this. I just left Walmart store and the lady at customer service didn't want to hear it by saying " we are like Amazon, we carry Defascin's products but we don't deal with returns or exchange". Obviously, this Defascin is a scam from China or some other 3rd world country. Scam is what they do, and I don't blame them for doing it. My blame goes to Walmart that is now starting to deal with such despicable companies. What's next Walmart, deal with drugs lords?
Ordered a remote...due to very poor packaging it arrived broken....they sent out a "new one"....this one arrived empty....no remote....the response!!!!! "Hello, we are sorry for this issue. But this is not our responsibility, but for your compensation, we applied to our boss to offer you a 50% refund." Such laughable customer service!!!! I contacted Walmart Market place directly....and guess what?! Full refund as I am THEIR customer! NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!!
The Roku replacement remote did not work, did not connect, and Walmart will not take it back. I am returning it and asking for my money back. I'm sure they are hoping everyone who buys their products gets frustrated and doesn't ask for the money back, so it's free money to them. They are the WORSE! No more on-line purchases from Walmart or their 'trusted' partners!!!!
This item was received on March 10, 2018. The remote control was obviously used. It had visible scratches. The remote was mailed in a very lightweight plastic film with no padding to prevent damage. Of course, it doesn't work because I had my daughter in-law use her own for comparison which worked. I had called (315) 235-1251 on March 12, 2018 and spoke to an a male with an asian accent who was given the order number. He reassured me that I will receive an email within 24 hours. Well, I have not heard from anyone as of this date. I again called this afternoon and left a message to return my call. I am very disappointed with this purchase and believe Walmart should not do business with this company who does not meet customer satisfaction.
Right now I am feeling like I have been taken advantage of by this company. The product I purchased is not and have not worked since I purchased it through Walmart. I want my money back.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
I sent over 20 emails asking to replace a defected remote control they sent out. All I received was a charades of non stop emails and no replacement. I tried to call and it was no way to get through. It should get no-stars. They will not send a replacement of things you need fix or allowed it to be returned!!
