I ordered a PS4 game and was sent a tracking number. At 7am on 8/2 the status was "out for delivery". At 1am on 8/3 a Delivery Exception Alert was issued saying there were no new updates. There have been no updates since then. Upon contacting vendor I was told it was delayed due to COVID. Hmmm, so some how, on the day it was scheduled to be delivered and while on the delivery truck here in my neighborhood, COVID is responsible? As the days passed the vendor refused to acknowledge that anything was wrong and insisting, day after day that it showed out for delivery. Even after I asked if it was odd that it had been out for delivery for over 48 hours (at the time), he continued insisting that everything was fine, asking me to wait 2 weeks. Walmart issued my refund as the vendor refused.
I ordered a TMNT video game for my son off of Walmart website and NEVER received it. I contacted Walmart who contacted seller, no response. I contacted seller and no response. There is a tracking number but no tracking info. Walmart says it looks like seller never gave it to the shipper.
