My order was supposedly shipped on June 4 from New York to arrive in Virginia on June 15 (mind you I could have walked to and from New York in that time). Of course the package was never even actually given to USPS until I created a complaint on June 15 when it was supposed to arrive. Who knows how much longer this will take. I will be lucky if I ever receive it and plan to file a dispute with my credit card company within 3 days if not received. BEWARE - this feels like a scam.

My daughter buyer this, and received today...BUT I'm very upset because the Surface Pro 4 coming with out the Pen...I NEED INFORMATION WHAT WE NEED SUPPOSE TO DO? SHE PAY FOR A SURFACE PRO 4 WHIT PEN... Well I'm waiting for an email response.

Same problem as other respondents above. Since day 1: the key board does not work. We even spoke with Microsoft support who took us through a hard reset and said there was no reason the keyboard shouldn't just "work" - yet it does not. Something is wrong with the battery too. Incredibly frustrating.

We are returning for full refund and will not be trying to exchange given the already awful reviews from this seller.

There is no doubt in my mind that this seller is scamming people. I was told my Surface Pro 6 was stolen on the way to USPS. I was offered a free 5 year warranty on a "display model that was never used and still in the box." None of my tracking info was updated so i looked into the status of my order. After deciding to cancel my order because it just didnt feel right i decided to look into the seller. It turns out that Road Deals Inc has pulled this exact same scam on another person who left a review here. I'm shocked they are still selling through Walmart and after the call i made they will definitely be under review and possibly lose their position with Walmart. 5 reviews all one star reviews. I just started a graphic design business and now I'm sitting here waiting on a $1400 refund from a company who should have never been allowed to sell items through Walmart in the first place. By far the worst experience i have ever had purchasing an item online.

BAD just BAD wish I could give no stars

I bought a Microsoft Surface last January 31, 2019. Through Walmart.com. It arrived first week of February. I was not comfortable with it looks like it has been used. I called them and was told it was just a display even offered a 5 year warranty. Good enough it just quite working 2nd week of May. I called Microsoft it came out that this Laptop the warranty had been expired since March 2017. You should be out of business. You robbed me with my hard earned money.....

This company deserves no trust, be careful do not buy from them. You will regret it. I hope I could give no star rating.

I received my replacement surface for the 2 time and apparently it still isnt working properly. I purchased a keyboard and computer does not recognize it . Worst service ever . Second time replacing i requested to have the item shipped express mail and guess what nothing happened in better condition and you sent the same one with sticker stick to it
