I purchased a Sena Bluetooth dual pack from Deal Expo in July of 2021. One unit quit working after 3 days use. I sent it back as soon as I arrived back home from my road trip. Which was within their 30 day guarantee period, (Sena has a 2 year guarantee on their products). I have not received my Bluetooth unit back after numerous phone calls. I even spoke to the owner Michael one time and he said he remembered me and assured me it would be taken care of, and that was 3 months ago. Seven months have passed and I am still waiting.

Deal-Expo you're horrible!! You sell gray market products that break after 4 months!! Bought it through Walmart.com & when I tried contacting you, you don't reply to emails!! I brought my camera directly to Nikon to find out that it's not covered under warranty because it's what they call a gray market item!! It's either refurbished or sold in other countries & not authorized to be sold in the USA!! Walmart should not allow you to sell your crap on their website & you should not be allowed to be ripping off the public!! I'm giving you only 1 star because I can't leave it blank!!

Paid over $500 on a camera and shipping for a camera to be shipped overnight. I never recieved a camera only a cord for some unknown electronic and shipping took as long as if i did free shipping. Waiting on responses now but ubsolutley do not waste money here

Please screenshot this review, because I've read that this company deletes all negative reviews! DO NOT buy from this 3rd party seller. A lady called me to verify that it was actually me making the purchase and I felt like I was being interrogated, questioning my identity and wanted me to "say word-for-word the exact description of the item" that I purchased. The item then shipped and I was shocked to notice it arrived 5 days before schedule. My mailbox had a very small paper package weighing 2 oz and I knew something was very wrong. Inside was a useless 3-foot long power cord and that was it. I didn't pay $2,349.99 for the shortest power cable in the world! No wonder it shipped SO quickly, it weighed NOTHING! I contacted Walmart FIRST since I already had super bad vibes from #DealExpo and read other reviews where they gave TONS of trouble when trying to refund/return items, often charging a "restocking fee," or giving the run-around. Walmart went above and beyond my expectations, immediately providing me a return label by email, which I printed and sent out without hesitation. I was concerned for a while when tracking the return delivery, the status said "re-delivery requested" three different times, and "refusal to deliver" once. But when I asked Walmart about it, they said it was likely only due to it being the week of Easter (I still have my suspicions about that). We finally received our FULL refund today, and Walmart was SUPER awesome, professional, very friendly and understanding about the situation.

I believe this company is scamming people with deals that are too good to be true in order to lure people in and give them a very difficult time getting their money back. I believe they should be audited at a high level for receiving money for products that aren't actually being sold, which is a VERY high crime.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS THIRD PARTY SELLER!

Bought a lens and it cannot be registered in US. They have since changed their manufacturer information to no longer say Canon but Dealer-Expo. Walmart 3rd party can be a great source but be careful.

Bought a camera on Walmart.com. It was shipped through Deal Expo, a 3rd party vendor. Tried to return it and Deal Expo would not return emails or calls. STAY AWAY FROM DEAL EXPO. ZERO STARS

Return policy of this seller is not upto the mark. Customer service professional denied the returned item stating not working where package itself was not opened and returned as it is. Right now, I am in a situation not having working product as well as money paid in full.
