If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered Elizabeth Arden mascaras from them - they were a Walmart.com Marketplace seller. They shipped me counterfeit mascaras - fakes

I ordered a hair product and was only sent the receipt!! The package was empty!!!

They never shipped my product

Do not offer any items through this site this is a shell company that gives fake items

I RECEIVED STRIVECTIN SERUM THAT APPEARS TO BE TAMPERED WITH. THE CONTACT PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR RECEIPT AND ON THE WALMART MARKETPLACE IS A NON WORKING NUMBER. I EMAILED THEM TO SEND THE PRODUCT BACK FOR A REFUND WITH NO RESPONSE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THE WALMART MARKETPLACE AGAIN...THERE IS NO EASY WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH WALMART ABOUT YOUR ISSUE. WHAT A SCAM!!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING!!!!!

They sell products that are counterfeit; that is, the product received is not the product ordered although the container is correct. I bought 3 bottles of Zirh Clean, a men's facial wash. I have used it since the mid-90s. What I received was 3 bottles of industrial smelling fluid that burnt my face and was white and smelled like ammonia mixed with other substances. This is not cool. This company should be avoided with disdain. Walmart is also to blame here for allowing a company with such poor reviews and business practices to sell on their website.

Purchased a high end hair dryer from Walmart online and the order was fulfilled by Deal Appeal Corp. The product completely failed four months after purchase despite having very little use. I do not trust that the product we received was in good condition, leading to it's short life. Both Walmart stores and Deal Appeal Corp refused to provide any compensation for the experience. I expected more out of a Walmart experience, not so much from Deal Appeal given the other reviews I've seen.

They ripped me off on a Walmart.com order, then refused to contact me in order to resolve the issue. I was supposed to get the 4.5oz bottle of StriVectin, which I paid for and it is on my receipt, they sent me the 2 oz bottle instead. Then I did all I could to contact them and never even heard a response. Also they changed the price on Walmart.com. I hope Walmart drops them for being scam artists and practicing terrible business. I would not leave any stars at all but I am being forced to leave one. I cannot stand liars and people that play with my money, and obviously that is what Deal Appeal Corp is all about. They must have thought that I was not intelligent enough to notice the missing 2.5 oz of high end face cream I paid for.
