Be careful what you order from "Dan's Electronics" I ordered what was suppose to be a brand new One Connect Cable for my Samsung TV. What I received looked to be someone else's return. The bag that it was in was already opened and the factory seal tape was pealed back and folded over on itself. When I called and told them that it was suppose to be brand new they just casually said to just send it back as if they do this kind of stuff all the time and just hope that people will just except whatever they send to them. I immediately returned it which cost me $12.98 to ship it back and on top of that they withheld $4.95 in shipping charges. So now I'm out $17.93 and they'll just keep trying to pass off used returns as brand new. If you want to make sure that you receive brand new factory sealed products just order directly from Samsung parts store.
