I ordered some Toy Story themed balloons a week ago. I ordered from them specifically so I could get them in time for my daughter's 3rd birthday. Here we are a week later. They are still in pre-shipment status and I don't see any way they are going to get here in time. I tried to call and no one answered the phone. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. BUYERS BEWARE. Better order way in advance if ordering for an event.
