CPI Supply House

Bought a tub knob at Walmart from CPI Supply House, tried to return to Walmart & they directed me to CPI. I have now tried to get a straight answer from CPI SH on how to return for over two weeks. CPI SH sends me back to Walmart who sends me back to CPI who in turn sends me back to Walmart! Cannot get a straight answer as to how to return the item from CPI SH. Most likely I will have to eat it. Do not waste your time or money ordering anything from this scam place. CPI SH doesn't deserve even one star. Scammers.

ORDERED 1.5 MISSION COUPLING (PER 3), WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR 3 ITEMS, THEY SENT ONE!

Sent me the wrong part. There was no communication from the seller at all. Steer clear.

I ordered a wilkins canopy . it sent me a large size canopy.

I don't know how their actual products are - I ordered an outdoor chiminea from them - it was a gift for my mom and ended up being too small, so I wanted to return it.

I found their customer service to be very slow - no reply for days, and they said I would not only have to pay for shipment back to them, I would be deducted a "small" amount for the initial shipment TO me AND a restocking fee. When I asked what amount that would be, they never replied.

So basically, don't buy if you may have any issue or need to return.

Instead of the ordered thermostat TH8110U1003, the CPI Supply House sent me a TH8110UR1008 thermostat, which I can not use, and whose price is 25 percent higher than other vendors. CPI Supply House ignored my three requests for a full refund. Only after the help of Walmart Customer Care Team, I received a returnable mail label and sent the thermostat back. But even a week after receiving the thermostat, CPI Supply House did not return my money to me. Again I had to apply for help at the Walmart Customer Care Team, and only after that I received my money back. I lost almost a month on this order.
