I have the samsung galaxy j3 (Aegis series) with. Built in screen protecter,rugged holster armor case belt clip/ kickstand! The day I got it, the top right corner of the screen protector was scratched where you cant see the clock, I contacted Covrware and was told within 1 business day I would be contacted to start a refund/return,. This was on September. 13th,2018! Today is Oct 7th,2018 and I have got no email,phone call, nothing,! The. Glue from the protective screen came undone so I bought screen cover glue and sealed it back myself, it's now very hard to. Unlock my phone, answer a call or text, and it likes to duplicate letters! It may have. only been $10-$12 case but for that money I could have bought 3 rolls of duct tape and had a lot more luck, I have had this case less then a month. And already the clips broke off! So it's about a $3 safety. Item! And the customer service reply time.. well I might just be dead before they reply to my email
