similar story - ordered a replacement battery but it did not work. tried to return it, but Computer Warehouse DID NOT respond, issue a return authorization form, or explain how to obtain a refund/exchange.
They sent me the wrong item and then refused to issue refund or take a return. Walmart employees told me this happens all the time and that customers should NEVER order anything from "authorized sellers" on the Walmart website, only items sold from Walmart's warehouse. They said they hear the same complaints all the time - wrong item or damaged items received and then customers can't return items to a Walmart store and waste a ton of time trying to get problems resolved, usually only to find out the seller is not willing to do anything to fix the issue. Stay away from this seller.
