I will never buy electronics from Wal mart.com. I was sold a fraudulently labeled computer. It was originally listed with a Intel Quad processor and Intel motherboard. It has ADM parts that are a generation behind. It also has no Bluetooth connectivity like it was supposed to. And I think it needs a better power pack.
They customer support is just cut and paste auto responses. And they offered me 25.00 back for the incorrect parts. It's about a 250.00 difference not 25.
It's been a nightmare. And wal mart will not help. Wal mart is assisting in fraud with these 3rd party sellers
The computer we purchased did not work at all. I don't believe it was even refurbished. I would give it less than one star if possible. Walmart should break ties with this company.
