I ordered the Beany Boos clip LEEANN two (2) times, and received Beany Boos Leona both times. I can see it happen one (1) time but, not twice. This is a problem with shipping and needs tbe corrected. My intention when ordering Beany Boos LEEANN was to give it to my best friends Granddaughter because she wanted it because it has my name on it. Her Grandmother is like a sister to me and I love them both like family. Now I have to disappoint her twice. This is unacceptable. I cannot return these Items because of a disability and on a set income. I have read your return policy and would have to pay shipping and handling myself. I have no access to transportation on demand. I myself am extremely disappointed and do not need any more room in my heart for disappointment. I would appreciate some positive feedback.
