My order was a scam, pay the order didn’t received anything and they put on the order that was delivered , not even email back
I ordered a small alarm clock from Walmart to be shipped by CJ-Technology LLC. The problem I had wasn't with the company itself or the product. I was unaware that CJ-Technology ships through Amazon...a HUGE problem. The order was placed on Saturday, July 5, 2020; and the shipping label was dated 7/07/20. However, the CARELESS Amazon delivery driver dumped my package out of his truck onto the grass near some homes about a 1/2 mile from my condo. Someone walking by found it and gave it to our U.S. Post Office neighborhood mail carrier. He was kind enough to bring it to me with a note affixed with the details. The "bubble bag" was ripped diagonally across the front but...somehow...the small box with the clock didn't fall out. The box was crushed on one side, but the clock wasn't broken. CJ-Technology should NEVER use Amazon for shipping; and Walmart should stipulate that rule for any company that wants to sell on its platform.
I ordered some hair color and I accidentally ordered the wrong color. I contacted them immediately and the DUMBASS SENT IT ANYWAYS, now I have to go out of my way to return it!

I order color depositing shampoo on Walmart.com and was told it would be here in a week and a half. It got here early but when the package came I opened the package and they had sent me a giant bottle of hair glue.
I ordered a toy on Dec 7 from "Walmart" because they were the only seller showing delivery Christmas. On Dec 11th I was charged and the item was marked shipped. On Dec 14th I received a packing slip stating the item was shipped separately and was on its way. No tracking info was given. On Dec 21 I contacted them to find out where it was. On Dec 23 I was informed there was a delay and delivery would be Dec 27... After Christmas.
I order a vtech learning center and 4 days later they said there is a problem with the shipping and they cancelled my order! How can they do business like this! I better receive my money back and i will never ever use this company again! No Thanks
I ordered the PJ Mask HQ toy for my grandson. It was to be delivered on 11/8/19. It did not come. When I inquired they told me it was on its way. The tracking number on Walmart.com showed it had shipped but when I tracked it thru the USPS - it had not. Finally on 11/13 I got notice that it had delivered. When I got home I had an envelope with the USPS tracking on it and inside the small envelope was the packing list that stated that the item may not ship with the packing list. Now Walmart.com shows that my item arrived but in reality it was only the packing list. Was this to deceive me and Walmart?? I emailed the CJ Tech and was told it would arrive the next Friday - did not arrive. Emailed again and told they will update with new tracking #. They did not. Emailed again - told this Friday - no tracking number yet. Tried to call - no answer to the phone # listed on the email and tried the phone # listed on Walmart.com - no answer. I am very dissatisfied with this vendor!!! This toy was to be a present for my grandson - I had to order another gift thru Amazon for him. Now I dont want this and have asked for a refund and they tell me to give it time to get there!!
Ordered through walmart.com for 6 Thanksgiving Decorations lighted fall Garlands. I received today in the mail a envelope with my tracking number on it for the product I ordered and only received a invoice from the seller and no product. I have tried contacting the seller and Walmart has tried contacting the seller and he or she has not answered the phone and does not have voicemail to leave a message. I have emailed the seller requesting a response as to where my product is. No returned email response. I have disputed the charges. I would not buy anything from this individual and walmart needs to remove them from the marketplace.
Ordered a bluetooth speaker over a week ago.. Not shipped yet when you claim there's a 48 max shipping time on your products......... So where is it?
