They rip you off, I ordered an item from them and I sent it back and the still have received my refund
I two bought PIR motion lights, one does not work, sent email to walmart they forwarded it to C&J they refuse to respond, Walmart should stop doing Business with a company that refuses to take car of walmarts customers, they are giving walmart a poor Rep.
It would be nice if your customer service department actually answered emails. I had been going back and forth with someone named Chris Fang regarding some patio lights that I ordered that were not as pictured on the Walmart app. He asked me to send him a picture of what I received and I never heard from him again. I notified Walmart and left a bad review. I’ll never order from you again.
Y'all must be resellers of damaged goods. No wonder y'all don't answer phone or respond to Walmart.com when requested on customer behalf. If I have to rate and have to put star, only because I have to to get this massage out. Plan and simple total rip off. WalMart get rid of these rip off artist or loose me and a lot of other customers.
