Chateau de Sales LLC

This company is a scam. Like the others, I lost money due to adult diapers and was not able to get any help. Thankfully my bank was able to refund my account but who holds this company accountable? UPS was able to give me a name and state where the diapers were delivered but that was it. Walmart stated they made contact with the company but it's supposedly against their policy to give me a contact number for this place.

Same problem as most here. Walmart.com account hacked and hundreds of dollars of Poise pads ordered. Filed claim immediately with my bank. Walmart was useless. All they did was send email to fake company. Ups that shipped this fake order was even worse than Walmart with customer service. Less than a week I have my money back and am much smarter about saving cards to accounts. Hard lesson learned but important one in this day and age!

Fraudulent purchase of 10pkg of poise pads made on my Walmart account using my credit card. I was unable to cancel these orders, packages said shipped, one says delivered and no sign of the package anywhere. Walmart is no help because this is a 3rd party seller. In digging deeper, this company is based out of and ships from California. The tracking for the packages started in Ohio, not California. If only I could give zero stars, they do not even deserve the one star.

Same as other reviews. Had $560 + worth of adult diapers sent to my house from this company. What is worse, Walmart said they cannot help. The company cannot be reached.

This company has ripped my son and I off to the tune of $1,500 for 25 boxes of Poise bladder control pad ordered through Walmart.com.

5 different transactions and we have no idea how they got my sons card for 3 of those orders. He’s never ordered from Walmart every!

not a real company

I ordered a set of four 32 oz. tumblers through Walmart.com. This company was the third party company that was supposed to send my tumblers. I received an email stating they had been delivered. I received nothing. I checked with all my neighbors. They didn’t accidentally get it. I emailed Walmart who then emailed the company on my behalf. The company gave me two explanations—1) they first told me it had been delivered to the wrong address even though my address was correct on the invoice then 2) they told me I was “confused about the status of my order because they had a “glitch” in their system.” They said my order was in the mail and would arrive in two days. I am getting no response from them or Walmart.com at this point. I have been fighting this for 3 weeks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
