Trying to get ahold of them over a cat tree for a week now that broke less then a couple days after i recieved it. Once they reply i may change this but for now, no id never buy anything through this company as it is frustrating to pay so much for something and it break on you less then 2 days later... when u cant get ahold of the company ( called and messaged just recieved a message saying how was the help... so yeah not good obviously ) hopefully they contact me this time. Cat tree is nice but... its broke so
