Hi there- for Christmas I ordered a kayak from you folks for my grandson. This summer they tried to go kayaking and the kayak filled with water! It split on the seam on the back of the kayak. It was stored in the garage on a rack and never left in the sun. Do I contact the maker or you for a refund. This could have been a very dangerous situation. Thank you for your time and trouble in this matter.
