I purchased a heating pad from this company and within two months with minimal use it stopped working. When I returned to WalMart they
suggested I had to reach out to this company. Which I did and returned the product, with several emails to them I still have not returned my
amount I paid for this product. Horrible customer service and products! Going on months now with me continuing to email them with no response.
I bought the 3 pack reusable face mask on your Walmart site for $25.99 on March 6th 2020 & a week later I seen where they were $12.99. I would like to get back a refund of the difference. Thank you.
