The exact same thing happened to me as the other review. I ordered an expensive item from Bunkles Garage through Walmart.com. They said it was shipped with a tracking number that didn’t work. I sent them a message and they eventually responded saying they were checking into it and would get back to me and I never got another response. Walmart provided great service, but buyer beware!
I am extremely upset with the lack of service from Bunkles Garage. I ordered an item from them through Walmart which was rather expensive. The shipment had an estimated arrival date of May 3, 2022. I waited until May 10th to contact the USPS since I had yet to receive the shipment. When I gave the shipping # USPS told me that no shipment had been made. I contacted Bunkles Garage via email and was told they would check into it. After hearing nothing else from them a week later, I contacted Walmart who said they would issue me a refund. Good service from Walmart but terrible service from Bunkles Garage. Buyer beware indeed.
