By the way, "BTI Trading" is listed as "BTing Trading" and also as "JO Trading" on BBB. I wonder why they feel the need to change their name so often?
When you shop online at Walmart, look for products that are sold and shipped/fulfilled by Walmart. That will help you to avoid name-changing scammers.
On BBB there is an option to let them know about a company who is scamming people. Google "BBB Report a Scam." I recently filled out this form and let BBB know what is happening. You should too!
If you want to return an item sold by BTI Trading, you HAVE to contact Walmart.com. Go to your Walmart account page, and on the side of the page, you will see "Contact Us." Scroll down until you see "Didn't find what you were looking for?" and a blue contact us button: that will lead you to chat. I sent multiple emails to BTI Trading so that they would be on record if Walmart.com had any questions. I ordered the wrong baby bowls and wanted to cancel right after I placed the order. I contacted the seller like Walmart.com wanted me to do as a first step. BTI Trading told me that they would contact me back if they were "able to cancel." The next day, they emailed me back and said that they could not cancel shipment. They also told me to refuse the package so that it would be sent back. (By the way, I spoke to someone at FedEx, and they suggested that I receive the package and then use the return label to send it back rather than refusing the package. If you refuse the package, it will take a lot longer to get back to its destination, and the tracking stops, so there is no way for you to confirm that it did get to the seller. They could lie and say they never got it, and you would be out of a refund.) I received a FedEx notification that my package would be arriving on May 1st. However, tracking magically stopped, and I honestly have no idea where my package is now. I initiated the return in my Walmart account orders page, but the return label showed a Delaware address, and the item was being shipped from California. I contacted the seller for clarification, and she sent me another return label-not for FedEx-but for UPS with the return address in Texas for an Avanchy Depot. So I am getting multiple addresses and tracking stops. I contacted Walmart.com because after several weeks of run-around and seeing that the seller charged my credit card immediately after the order was made, I figured it was time to get Walmart involved. I opened chat up and kept my laptop on until a representative got to me. I was able to get my refund, but I had to really work for it; it was my third conversation with Walmart.com. Do not order from these people. I agree with another reviewer that they are sketchy and are selling Amazon products on Walmart's website at a higher price.
Light bulb arrived in flat package instead of a box. Light bulb was crushed. Been trying to contact for a month. Just want a refund or replacement sent. Seller won't reply. Walmart gets disconnected or stuck in online due for 4 hours.
I was supposed to receive face masks (paid $50), and I received a 50 cent paper clip! This company is a FRAUD, Walmart should not be affiliated with it.

This seller is a scam. I ordered $80 items, I believe they intentionally sent me another items that worth $0.8. This seller shouldn't be allowed on the Marketplace.

Walmart knows this company is a scam across websites. How could they not? Look at the reviews! Walmart has been notified several times of this criminal activity in. They demean real sellers and bring down their. Whatever means they have of acquiring most of their product is NOT legal. Most of their products are acquire illegally.

bought a laundry hamper for 38$ on walmart. it came from bed bath and beyond with a packing slip that said 14.99$
when I called wal mart-they said they could do nothing. how can wal mart allow this company to use wal mart to rip people off?

Walmart.com has been notified of fraudulent activity that this vendor is doing by supplying Walmart orders from Amazon orders. I have notified walmart.com, as well as yard andpool. Com since they were the final product shipment company.
Terrible....I ordered 3 laundry baskets on Walmarts website. I have recieved 2 of them, and they arrived from Bed Bath and Beyond. I checked their
website and they are less than half of the price that they are on Walmart's site. They charged my credit card the day of the order. Two weeks later,
no response. Walmart needs to kick them off their website!!!!
I give a rating of minus one star . I’ve tried to contact the company to no avail. I have contacted WalMart. They said it would be taken care of. Will not hold my breath. I placed an order November 26 and have not received it yet. Will not buy from this seller again.

BTI Trading is a HORRIBLE company. DO NOT buy from them, ever. I ordered a phonograph needle from them. I ordered the right one and they sent the wrong one. Never answered my emails and left 7 messages on their phone to call me which resulted in no call back at all. They have no customer service at all and to be honest, I don't think they even care. Walmart could not even get in touch with them after several times on my behalf. Walmart ended up doing what BTI should have done in the first place. This company should not be allowed to sell on Walmart's Market Place. It brings Walmart's reputation down. To me, Walmart is losing both money and reputation by keeping this seller on their site. Again, DO NOT buy from this company.
I orderd an item thru walmart, but shipped thru your company. It was the wrong item. From the email, i was SUPPOSED to be able to click links to see the return policy or contact customer service. These both were blank pages !!!! But the email said specifically that the item couldn’t be returned to Walmart. What am i to do????? Was very dissatisfied.
This is the WORST company. I did not receive my product . No one ever answers the phone number they provided and give you an email address the DOES NOT EXIST! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
I purchased two flags from them in November 2017. I realized within minutes that I had ordered the wrong flags. I called every number and emailed the addresses I had and was told there was nothing that could be done until I received the flags. I received the flags a couple of days later, the packing slip showed they had only charged me for one flag $20, but they had deducted over $40 from my account, I emailed them, I sent them the copy of the $40 that had been deducted from my account plus the confirmation they had sent me when I originally ordered the flags showing the $40. It took several days for anyone to respond. I finally got a response from Abby, she sent me a return receipt so I could send the flags back. I sent the flags back the same day she sent me the receipt. I waited a month and I still had not received my refund, I started emailing Abby to check status on my refund. Months later I finally got a refund but it was only for one flag. I emailed Abby again with not response, It has now been 5 months and they still have not refunded MY money back to me!!! They have their items back and my money!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS AND THIEVES!!!!!!!! THEY KEEP MONEY THAT IS NOT THEIRS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM ONLY GIVING ONE STAR JUST SO I CAN SUBMIT MY REQUEST, THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
