I ordered an item through walmart.com and the supplier was BravoZoom. The item did not get delivered and I sent a message to the seller, I was told to contact Wal-mart and start a claim. I did that. I then received a message from BravoZoom again stating they are not responsible for a package delivered to the wrong address. I don't know if the package was delivered to the wrong address. This is horrible customer service, the item should be sent again or I should be refunded my $11.99 plus tax. If I could give you zero stars, I would.
