Brand Name Parts

They have horrible customer service. And good luck getting parts. I ordered part through Walmart paid 10 dollars more to get the part delivered in three days. The day it was due I checked tracking and it showed it had not shipped yet and I realized Walmart gave then wrong address. So I emailed Walmart to ask them if they can please change the ship to address since it was wrong and not were I am. I also asked about the fact I paid for quicker delivery. They forwarded my email to Brand name parts.

Whom emailed me and told me basically it’s my own fault I didn’t do a forward mail with post office (meanwhile one I didn’t blame them for that mistake I was requesting since they when I contacted them had not shipped it and two I’ve live in the same town in a different state from where it was being shipped to for my entire life. Same address for about twenty years now.) and they totally ignored my questions about the fact I paid almost half of the cost of the part to have it shipped early and it shipped days after it was supposed to be to me!

When I received that email I had ordered a second from them because I really need the part.

I told them in my reply I ordered another because I really just need this part. Asked them yet again about the extra I paid in shipping! They totally ignored the email never heard a word.

Then to top it all off the second part two weeks later hasn’t moved out of oregan! I’m 90 bucks in for a 40 dollar part and still don’t have the part! I contacted again about the second part ! Let’s see what happens! Horrible customer service ! Takes your money for early shipping then ships when they please! I will remember this company name and never said order from them again.
