I ordered an outfit as a Christmas present for someone in my family. I place the order from Walmart's website on November 24, 2018. I was told it would be delivered on December 4, 2018, was given a tracking number that informed me it was shipped on November 30, 2018. December 4, 2018 came and went nothing was delivered. I contacted Walmart and they forwarded my email address to BNY to "expedite this situation. BNY in turn emailed me asking me what the problem was. I explained, they sent me another email saying "We will ship it out tomorrow." That was on December 6, 2018. I asked them to tell me when I can expect delivery. They never responded, they did not provide any information on tracking and it is now December 10, 2018 and I still have not received what I ordered from them. They were, however, paid.
