This company is having real issues. It looks like they keep selling stuff on here for Walmart and not delivering the products or conveniently delivering to the wrong place. I didn’t get my package on 12/27. They say it was delivered. I don’t know the person that signed for it. I have ring. No one was at my house. Walmart emailed them and said I need to wait another 48 hours. Insane. I will never order from Walmart again.
I will echo the reviews here. Do not order from this company. They shipped my package to the wrong address and provided the wrong tracking information. This company seems fraudulent and will probably be removed from Walmart soon. Stay away.
I work at an office that received a Door Tag from FedEx, indicating 6 packages from 6 different locations. A call to FedEx reveals that they are Walmart returns addressed to the suite next to us, and for Big Cactus Enterprises LLC. The suite next to us is a real estate office, not a Walmart returns operation, and not Big Cactus LLC. Something is very fishy here.
SAME HERE! I HAVE CONTACTED WALMART TWICE AND STILL NO ANWSER , THAT GOD THAT I DIDN'T HAVE A LARGE ORDER BUT IT'S JUST THE POINT. WALMART NEEDS TO REALLY DO A BACKGROUND CHECK FOR NEW BUSINESS . I WILL REPORT TO BBB Big Cactus Enterprises LLC

Same issue noted by other 4 reviewers here. The address of the package sent does not match our address at all, but's the same city... Strangely, this seller shipped a package via FedEx Express Saver small box for a product that cost only $11.95, and to the wrong address. It does cost more to ship 3-day than the value of the product. I am not sure what they hope to gain from this action. It certainly wouldn't make them any money... So, for the time being I have contacted Wal-Mart, and messaged the seller. I am not worried at all because it's not a lot of money and Wal-Mart will refund me if I do not receive the item in 48 hours, but I find it intriguing that 5 buyers here have noted this issue is repetitive.
This company also provided me with false tacking information. I called fedex regarding an order that was "delivered" but not received and as per fedex the name and shipping address does not match tracking number. Initially I was going to ask for an replacement item but then I decided to Google this company and found reviews for the same issue ! This is no coincidence/mistake .I contacted Walmart for a refund, notified Walmart of these reviews and will be taking my business to Target being that it seems the Walmart customer service reps are unfazed
This company is a fraud. Walmart needs to TERMINATE them because they scam.
Same thing happened to me with false tracking. Company is corrupt. Walmart better get rid of these scammers.
Never received the package. FedEx stated that the name and address attached to the FedEx tracking number did not match mine. FedEx refused to work with me and referred me back to the seller. I contacted Walmart.com, who uses "Big Cactus Enterprises, LLC". Walmart.com was kind enough to refund my money. Generally they have customers contact the Market Place seller (Big Cactus) first. However, because of all the problems, they refunded my money. I will NOT purchased from this NEW (2021) seller again. No feedback for them. I have never had a problem with Walmart.com orders being delivered until now.
